Bangor Mall Sing Out

The Mainely Music Chorus made a visit to the Bangor Mall on Saturday October 4, 2014 to kick off their Learn to Sing with the Barbershopers program. The chorus sang several numbers from their repertoire to the joy of buzy shoppers at the Mall. During the hour long program three quartets from the chorus performed several songs to show the audience the joy of singing four part harmony.

The Mainely Music Chorus is calling all men to come and take part in the Learn To Sing program they are offering. The Program starts Monday October 6, 2014 and runs for the next six weeks ending November 10, 2014. Please use the back parking lot entrance, then follow the sounds of barbershop harmony up to the second floor rehearsal room.

If you ever wanted to see what it would be like to sing harmony with a group of guys and at the same time learn to improve your singing skills within and atmosphere of supporting singers around you, then this is the place for you.

Once you have completed the six weeks Learn To Sing program, you will then be invited to take pat in our Christmas caroling sing out visits in the local community. Yes you will have fun, yes you will meet some great new friends and last but not least, you will enjoy the afterglow where barbershoppers love to eat and sing more songs.
