Norman had been with the chorus for 2 years when he was asked to be the assistant director by Russ Van Arsdale and the MMC Music Team.  He has been the assistant director for four years now and was asked to step up to be the front line director at the end of 2019 for 2020 and beyond.  Norman has been to Harmony U New England for the director track and has done two out standing in front classes.  He is planning on attending Harmony U in TN in the summer of 2020 for the director’s track.
